Knowing if you are at risk is VITAL in skin cancer prevention.
take a close look at this chart. If you can answer yes to one of the listed risks, you are considered to be at risk. E.g. : "You have fair skin".

Skin :
fair / very fair with many freckles

MOLES

If the number of moles on your body is more than 40

Only a GP or dermatolgist can spot among your moles the ones that are different, called "unusual". .

SUN HABITS

Sunburn : Particularly during childhood

High risk behaviour : deliberate unprotected sun exposure, not respecting good sun protection habits, artificial tanning.

Outside life : gardening, sports, leisure, as well as professional exposure (sailor, sportsperson, farmer, builder)
