PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

Your clothese must be adapted to the type of activity practiced in the sun, sun conditions (latitude, season, time of day) and skin type.

Hat

On my head I wear a wide-brimmed hat with at least 7cm to give protection to the ears, nose and forehead..

It halves the amount of UV falling on the face and is essential for people with little or no hair..

Sunglasses

It is not sufficient to wear black sunglasses. Eyes should be protected with wrap-around sunglasses Category CE 3 or 4 to effectively filter UV rays

Clothes

I choose my clothes according to my protection needs and the activity I take part in, in the sun and preferably specific anti-UV clothes.
